How Does the Automatic Fleet Management System Work?
1. Our fleet-owning customer contacts an Aslanlar Petrol representative to become an Automatic Fleet Management customer and take advantage of the benefits.
2. Customer information, vehicle license plates, and fuel types are registered in the Petrol Ofisi Automatic Fleet Management System.
3. The customer schedules an appointment for the installation of the chosen Automatic Fleet Management device, and the most suitable installation location is determined. Using a personalized password, the customer has the device installed and begins fuel purchases from Petrol Ofisi stations on the same day.
4. At the Petrol Ofisi station, the driver parks their vehicle at the fuel pump displaying the Automatic Fleet Management logo. When the fuel nozzle is placed in the tank, the system recognizes the vehicle, and fueling begins automatically.
5. After fueling, the purchase amount is not immediately charged. Instead, a receipt stating that the amount will be invoiced later is printed automatically. The driver takes the receipt and continues their journey without making any payment or losing time.
Billing and Reporting:
Aslanlar Petrol issues invoices twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of each month, and sends them to the customer.
Using the provided password, the customer can access the Automatic Fleet Management System usage information anytime at aslanlar.yakitofisi.com. They can monitor fuel consumption details of company vehicles 24/7, set limits for each vehicle, view fuel purchase reports, and see the stations and quantities of fuel purchased. Limits such as time, amount in TL, or liters can be set for specific vehicles or groups of vehicles.
