RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

We approach the recruitment process not as a selection of personnel but as identifying a long-term companion for a meaningful journey. Our primary goal is to find a team member who can proudly carry our corporate culture and values in both their mind and heart.

Departments communicate the positions and the number of team members they require based on their workload to the Human Value Department. The Human Value Department then invites the most suitable candidates for interviews, selecting them from the Aslanlar Group talent pool and third-party platform solutions based on matching qualifications.

Following a positive interview outcome, a meeting is arranged with the respective department manager. If this meeting also concludes positively, the recruitment process is finalized
